A Varsity Sales Manager is in charge of sales of house painting contracts in an assigned territory. His/her role involves the following:
- Calling 20-50 leads weekly
- Doing 10-20 in-home painting estimates for prospective customers
Where
Territories are available throughout Northern California
What we want:
A person with experience in home improvement sales. They must be very driven to succeed. They must be a people person with good closing skills. They must have their own vehicle.
What you want:
A Sales person earns a base salary of $40,000 or commission. Salary range $40,000-150,000 (average $70,000). Health Care is provided and a gas/phone reimbursement is provided.
